Applying inward facing security cuts to a tamper seal is
one of the most basic techniques to ensure that a label cannot
be removed and reapplied without the owner being aware of
the tamper.
Commonly used on papers or synthetics with high elasticity,
it is still useful for some applications.
Different cut patterns can be used for different label shapes
and applications.
